Order Processing

  • You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 2-4 business days
  • Orders that are entered before 12:00pm (EST) will be processed in the same day.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.  
  • Backorders , If any of the items are out of stock, customers will be contacted by phone/email immediately.
  • Verification issues such as incorrect billing info and different ship to address may delay the verification process. Customer will then be contacted by phone/email
  • Customer can cancel order by phone/email within 24 hours , after 24 hours customer will be charged a 10% restocking fee
  • Customer can change order by phone/email as soon as possible before order is shipped


  • FedEx Ground  - 1 to 5 business days  ( AK ,HI 6-7 Days)
  • FedEx 2Day - Delivery within 2 business days 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight - Delivery within 1 business day
  • Ly Computers will not be responsible for any delivery delayed by carriers
  • Additional charges will be applied to orders with incorrect/incomplete address that result in additional routing charges by carries, and/or by refused shipment.
  • All DOA (Dead On Arrival) claims for shortage or shipment errors must be made within 48 hours from receiving date of the merchandise. Recipient must report to freight carrier immediately when damaged boxes are received. Risk of loss passes to purchaser upon shipment of product from Ly computers
  • In the case of wrong shipment, customer will obtain a return shipping label from Ly Computers and we will ship out replacement products upon receipt of returned products.
